Update of Outlook Junk Filter still fails

KB 870765....I have tried the Office update, which downloads fine and then
fails on install, or the full install, where I get "Error 2902: an internal
error has occurred. (xfAssemblycopy ) Please contact Microsoft PSS for
assistance.

I have seen others here with the same problem, has it been fixed, or been
acknowledged as a problem they are working on?
