What update? (i.e. Office 2003 Service Pack 2)

For what version of Microsoft Office does this update apply to? (i.e. Microsoft Office 2003 Editions)

What do you mean by "needs to be on a disk"?

How were you attempting to obtain this update? (explain in detail, i.e. pointed by web browser to
http://office.microsoft.com/, clicked the "Check for updates" button/link, etc.)

What EXACT message (i.e. the following updates failed to install... _ update for _ product, install failed,
error 1234, The _ update failed to install because..., etc.) did you get when you attempted to install/apply
this update?
