Update Office 2003 on Terminal Server

I'm running Office 2003 Professional on our terminal server. I cannot,
however, get it to update successfully (four different updates all fail).

I've tried to update with and without the installation CD in the drive.
I've tried to install them one at a time and all together. I've tried to use
the "larger install files that do not require the installation CD". All
methods result in "installation unsuccessful" message - but nothing more
descriptive than that. I have plenty of room on the drive.

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Try downloading the Updates in their full versions and then try the install instead the ones from the Update site

Peter,

Thank you for your response. However, as I wrote in my original post, "I've
tried to use the 'larger install files that do not require the installation
CD'."

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks again.
