Update Office 2004 after Erasure

I had to erase my HD to fix a problem that required a new library. So Office was gone even restoring from Time Machine. My installation disk put me at 11.1.0, and I cannot find any updates that far back on the website. I assume I have to upgrade one update at a time. Entourage will not open with an error message that says "this identity cannot be opened with this version of Entourage." All I can find are those beginning with 11.5.

In one of the programs just go to help and check for updates and the 11.5.0
is the first one to come up, it's a combo update and brings you almost up to
date.
After this one there are the 11.5.1 and 11.5.2 updates.
