I have updated office from the update web page. Once the update has installed and I have restarted my laptop I have a problem opening excel documents. It tells me that This workbook contains a type of macro (MS Excel ver 4.0 macro) that cannot be disabled nor signed. Therefor, this workbook cannot be opened under Hight Security Level. How do I open these file

Excel, Tools, Marco, Security. There you can lower your security or one of
the check boxes on the Trusted tab {bottom} may work. My security is High
and on the Trusted tab I have checked trust all installed.
