Update officeXP or reload officeXP from cd .MSP files

I am unable to install downloaded updates to office, use
the office "update site" or use the CD to reload OfficeXP.

Computer is unable to read the OfficeXP cd

Any suggestions?

Hi Rob,

What happens if you try to view the CD in
Windows Explorer?

What happens when you do a repair/reinstall of
Office from Add/Remove Programs in the Windows
control Panel?

Do you have your antivirus software and other utilities
shutdown when running Setup from the CD?

Didn't work.. Still get the msg that "The patch package
could not be opened. Verify that the pactch package
exists and that you can access it. or contact the
vendorthat this is a valid windows installer package"


From Widows explorer, I did a dectect and repair but
still have the issue.



I should check to see if the installer package exist>-----
