Update on PWA won't launch MS Project

I have a user who suddenly can't update project tasks anymore. When she
'accepts' and then tries to 'update' tasks, the system say MS Project
Professional 2003 with SP1 is needed, but that is already installed and the
user is able to open project plans from the server. Any ideas?
