I found out that if I re-started ON, the sub-page has a title in the tab,
with the scroll bar "handle" fairly small and at the bottom (the page is
still blank).
If navigate away or minimize ON, the blank page tab now reads "Untitled page"
The scroll bar "handle" on the right is still fairly small and at the
bottom, as if there is content there (but nothing is visible). If I grab the
handle and pull it upward, it gets larger and larger until at the top of the
page, the scrollbar is still there, with the "handle" filling it, but the
article is still blank.
