update other sheet

I am looking for a macro that can do the following task.
In a w/sheet I have three columns and five rows data to be entered every day.
At 6th row totals are calculated for all the three columns.Whenever I press
'Update' (button has to be inserted in the sheet)
these three totala have to be copied and pasted in sheet 2 next available
empty row.After updating the forst sheet data should become blank.Can anybody
give the code please.

Lara ---- 26 ------- 28 (an autoshape(update lable) has to be
placed and assign the macro)
Total ---- 145 -------- 163 (B7=sum(B2:B6),(C7=sum(C2:C6)
These totals (B7 and C7 values are to be copied and pasted at sheet2 last row
(B5,C5)
with Today's date at sheet2 "A5".After updation in Sheet 2 Clear contents
at Sheet 1 A2:C6.
sheet 2 data:

Date ------ A Shift ------ B shift
02-Mar-07 --132 ------ 152
03-Mar-07 ---125 ------145
