With Outlook on the desktop PC closed, copy the PST that Outlook use
to your USB drive (if it fits) and bring the USB drive to the laptop.
Copy the PST to some folder on the laptop that doesn't already contain
PST of that name. Start Outlook and click File>Open>Outlook Data File.
Browse to the copied PST, select it, and click OK. Now, copy from tha
PST anything you want.
If you'd rather just supplant the existing PST, click Tools>Accoun
Settings and click the Data Files tab. Select the added PST and the
click Set as Default. Stop and restart Outlook and the copied PST wil
now be the default PST. You can then remove the old PST b
right-clicking its root in the Navigation Pane and choose Close. Th
next time you close Outlook all the way, you can delete the old PST i
you wish, or just retain it as backup
