Update Progress Information and Reschedule work for all Tasks - Project 2003

Hello!

I am trying to "update progress information and reschedule work for all tasks" in Project 2003.

Here is what I am doing:

objPrj.UpdateProject All=True, UpdateDate="30/3/18", Action=2

But nothing happens!

Do you know why?
