This is a duplicate post because I typed the wrong email
address into my previous one. Our company just started
using SS#'s but we have thousands of old records that need
to be updated with these. What is the easiest way to
accomplish this task?

Ummm... open a form based on a query sorted alphabetically, showing
the names of all the employees, and type in the SSN's?

In what form do you now have the social security numbers: paper?
electronic format? Is there a link to the employee's name? Do you use
unique employee ID's?
