update states patch package could not be opened

Good Day,
I restored a laptop from microsoft backup.
Office now states it needs to be repaired, I cannot run
setup as patch package could not be opened, help stated to
run updates. Cannot get updates due to patch package
cannot be found.
Cannot uninstall either.

Apologies if not in correct group, but any help or
direction would be appreciated.
