update tables

i have a database that has about 30 tables... i get the tables from our web
site that we use to maintain our patients.... i download the database and
when i extract them they are .txt files... i only use like i said about 30
of them out of 100... i am using access and i imported the tables into
access and linked them together.... i need to update this database once a
week... but i am not sure how to update them since the tables are imported
into access.... so can someone tell me how i can update the tables in
access with the txt files that i download once a week
