Update task, accept task updates

In an international setup, we have the following issue:
Accepting task updates is working fine for English based
software (Proj Prof) but is not working if Proj Prof is a
Dutch version and PWA is Dutch setting or English setting.
Error message indicates that Project Professional is not
installed or can not be located.
Anybody a clue where the link is between PWA & Proj Prof?
