Update Task Fields on Selection in a List View

Have two custom fields in a custom task form: "Now Formula" and "No
Value". The first is a formula field while the second is a date/tim
field type. Both use the simple formula: now(). If both columns ar
viewed in the overall task list view window, the formula field wil
update automatically when the task is highlighted. However, the valu
field will not. The formula also exists for all tasks, even those no
using the custom form. However, only the new task shows an entry fo
the "Now Value".

Is there a way to update a task when it is selected? Even if not, i
there a macro that could be written to cycle through the tasks/field
to update them?
