UPDATE to post re Embedded links in browser

Sorry, I incorrectly said that typed out urls in html mail work. they do not. mail-to tags work to launch an outlook mail form, but typed our urls do not launch the browser. as in the previous mail, neither do embedded links work

Hope this isn't too confusing.
