Update to request on help with subform

Synopsis of problem: Main Form, Subform with a Subform
(called Notes). Notes contains several hidden fields,
one field that is filled with info from its parent
via "Default" property, one field to accept data "Notes",
and a button to print a report. If user does not put any
information into "notes" a new record in the underlying
table is not added. Trying to use format found in
Q113352 to reference a nested subform and go to this
control to force entry causes an error message from
Access "No current record" Any ideas what could be wrong?
