Update TOC in a Form/Template

Is there anyway to automatically update a TOC in a form/template?

Probably along that same question.... is there anyway to get a TOC t
work in a form/template. Like the Hyperlink, clicking on a TOC entr
in a template does nothing.

A ToC is a field. So therefore if you select the whole document Ctrl +
A and then press F9 on the keyboard all fields will update. You can
also right mouse click on a field and select update from the menu that
appears.
