I am unable to download Office 2003 service pack 2 due to my slow dial-up
connection speed. Service pack order page makes no mention of SP2 at all.
The Office Update page should list all service packs currentlyavailable for
either down load or on CD Rom and if a particular service pack is not avail
on CD that fact should be identified. Better yet, a simple statement as to
whether or not it is planned for release on CD at all, and if so when users
can expect it to be available to order.
