Without any more detail than you provide it's impossible to be certain - we
have no idea what update you're trying to download, where you're trying to
d/l from or what type of system/internet connection you have.
If it does happen to be the Mac Office SP1 or 12.1.1 update they're both
fairly large. If you don't have a high speed connection the d/l may be
timing out on you or you may be using one of the 3rd party sources rather
than the Mactopia site. It could just be busy servers or a peak time for
your ISP. Other possibilities also exist but unless we know what we're
dealing with it's pointless to offer suggestions that may not be useful.
