Hi
I had an email application on my PC (wondows 2000) called Incredimail. When
i decided not to keep it and revert to outlook 2003, i get the following
messages;
When i open outlook:
"an error occurred in the folder shortcuts file (.fav) Outlook will recreate
the default folder shortcuts"
When i click OK - i get:
"Outlook could not save the updated folder shortcut information. Check to
make sure there is sufficient disk space and that the file C:\documents and
settings\Local Settings\Application Data..." is not marked read-only. (I
assume that points to 'outlook.pst' and it is not marked read only) Another
attempt to save will be made after the next change or when you exit.
Then when i exit outlook:
"Outlook could not save the updated folder shortcut information. Check to
make sure there is sufficient disk space and that the file C:\documents and
settings\Local Settings\Application Data..." is not marked read-only. All
changes made during this session will be lost"
Can anyone help ?
Many thanks
