Updated from 2000 to 2002 and I cant see my email

After the update I got the following error:

Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the
specified folder location. The .DLL file for the information service could
not be found. MAPI was unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be
sure the service is correctly installed and configured.

I've reinstalled and rebuilt my e-mail profile and I still can't get it to
work. Please help!

Need help. Got a PDA and its wants to update my 2000 Outlook to 2002. Is
anything lost? File Folders? Offline folders. Contacts?
