Updated from Office 2000 to Office System 2003

After I have upgraded the Office System 2003 from Office, I have encountered 2 problems:

1) my email shows 3 personal identical folders, I cannot close or delete any of them.
2) all appointments in my calender has been messed up, this is apparently caused by both start / End time of all items have changed to 9pm from 12am:
All Day Event - start date changed to the previous day while the time has changed to 9 pm.
All individual appointment time move 3 hours back, which means, the appointment time changed to 6am if the correct time is 9am.

1. File->Data File Management. How many .pst files do you show?
2. Did you import your .pst file or just use File->Open? Was this an in
place upgrade or a clean install? Have you checked your Regional settings
(time and Daylight Savings Time) and the Calendar to ensure that they are
the same? (Tools->Options->PReferences tab.)

Thank you for your response.

1. Only one file.
I did uninstall the program, and deleted outlook.pst, then reinstalled the program again, same thing happened.
2. I upgraded it with my current data file "outlook.pst" remained in my folder.

My Regional settings are perfect.

I have fixed the displayed 3 identical personal folders problem. However, the time difference problem have not been fixed.

Please help!
