Updated Junk Mail Filter for Outlook 2K3 Error Message

How do I work around SKU111.CAB not found with the updated Junk Mail Filter
for Outlook 2k3 I inserted the CD--not found. I pointed to the /MSO
Cache/etc, dir. and that did not work.

Any help would be highly appreciated,
