Updated Resource Outline Codes not appearing in PrjPro

I'm running PrjPro2k3, connecting to a 2k2 server. I recently updated one of
our Resource Outline Code fields (moved some values, added others) in the
Global Template, and saved my changes.

I CAN see and apply these changes through the Enterprise Resource Pool, and
through PWA, but do NOT see the updated field values when I re-open the
Global template and go the "Customize Fields" section. They simply do not
display.

I have checked the db, and they appear, with the appropriate parent
relationships. We've tried on several workstations to delete the local
global.mpt and re-connect to the server, to no avail. Same when trying to
replace via the Organizer function. We've also had the IIS server rebooted
thinking that it could be a cache issue, but still no luck.

Has anyone experienced something like this before, or have any suggestions?

thanks

Maryann,

Global.mpt has nothing to do with changes to the enterprise custom fields, resource or otherwise. Any changes you want to make to enterprise fields need to be done through Tools>Customize>Enterprise Fields... menu option. This option will only be available if you've previously opened the enterprise global template. Otherwise it will appear disabled.

Tools>Customize>Fields... works only on the users local global.mpt, which is only "global" for that user. Not the enterprise. Hope that helps.
