Updated to new version, now password not recognized

I just updated my Outlook w/ new which came bundled w/
software for my new HP Ipaq. All went smoothly. Now I
can't access, doesn't seem to allow my old password, and I
can't change it w/o recognition of the old. Catch 22.

Help?
