Updated to XP-which updates for Office 2000 and FP 2000 do I need?

I just updated to Windows XP Home. I have Office 2000 for small business,
and FrontPage 2000. Which updates do I need to apply? I started
downloading them and found that some fixes and patches are already in XP OS.
Is
there a list somewhere of the patches I need? Better yet is there a CD for
XP users I can buy with everything I need?

While looking for updates I did find the office update page. Nice site and
a good link for Office users to have.
