updater suggests updates for newer version

i have office 2000. the updater lists office XP service pack 3 as something i
should install. should i install it? i have already installed all the office
2000 updates.

Hi N.D.Shade,

Check in Add/Remove programs to see if you have any
MS 2002 series applications. Those would use the
Office XP (2002 apps) updates.
