I have office XP and just tired running the updates which
I have done on many occasions in the past but this time
the update could not scan my computer. A message
appeared suggesting various things about possible missing
files or no priviledges or having update Microsoft
Installer from V1.0 to V1.1 but there is no advice on how
to solve the problem other than 'contact microsoft
product support. Thought I would try the forum first.
An ideas?
