updates not being displayed in PWA

I changed the text of a summary task and then performed a Publish “All
Information†yet the change did not update on the user’s task list in PWA.
Any idea why?

You must click Collaborate - Publish - Republish Assignments to update the
summary task name on the team members' timesheets. Hope this helps.
