Updates not routed properly after project manager gets changed

Hello,

I changed the project manager in the "edit" field of the project view. When
i look at the issue/risk view, this change is confirmed. However, whenever a
ressource on this project updates its timesheet, the request for approval
seems to be sent to the person who actually checked in the project the first
time.

Can anybody help because I have loaded 30 projects fo 10 managers and I want
to avoid asking them to go through the process of "delete project" + "re-save
project" ...

Thanks.

Frederic,

See my reply to TallyGeo from yesterday. What you're doing will definitely not work - although it would be nice if it did! ;>)

The new project manager needs to open the project, click Collaborate -
Publish - Republish Assignments, select the "Become the manager for these
assignments" option, and then click OK. You correctly performed the first
step, which was to change the Owner of the project, but the new project
manager must actually perform the second step in the actual project plan.
Hope this helps.
