Updates of shared folders processed, but not updated

Hi,

We use the net folders across our department to record
everyone's appointment and dept activities. We share
notes, calendar, and tasks.

We currently have a problem that a few reciepient receives
the updates and we actually see the updates being
processed. (It appears in the Inbox momentarily and then
dissapears) But when we view the respective net folders,
nothing seem to have being updated.

One interesting observation is that this only happens at
the members folders. Updates are okay if it's being sent
to the administrator. This means that the administrator
will see whatever the members update in the folder, but
the members individually can only see their own entries.

Is there a setting that we are missing here? We set
everyone's permission as Author.
