updates without internet

I have two off-site computers. Neither have internet
access due to previous virus & coruption problems that
proved VERY costly.
One has Windows ME with Office XP. They are in need of
updates. How do I get disc versions of updates?
I also have another computer with Windows 98 & Office
2000. How do I get updates for those programs by disc?

Office XP and Office 2000 service packs are available on CD at low cost or
just the cost of shipping. Check;
