Updates won't install

I'm running Vista Ultimate and Office 2007.

For the last few months all updates for Office fail to install.
The error code I get after they fail is Code 80070643
I've tried following the instructions in the help article (restarting the
office source Engine) but updates still fail. It's getting really annoying.
Any suggestions?
