updates would not install

i've been trying to install the Outlook 2003 Junk E-mail Filter Update:
KB835235 update and the install fails everytime. my automatic updates keeps
telling me to download and install these updates but they fail everytime.
i've tried to download the longer download but it does the same. anyone have
this problem? if so how did you get it fixed? thanks
