upgdb111.cmd utility

The message below appeared in another thread, I have the same problem but am
unable to locate the "upgdb111.cmd utility"!

"I opened an MSDN problem report and found out that I didn't completely
follow
the instructions when applying the last service pack. I failed to upgrade my
project server database using the upgdb111.cmd utility." text from another
thread.


Anybody know where to locate it?

When you download and extract the Full File version of the service pack,
viola, it's there! Otherwise, I believe that you can also download the files
individually. All this and instructions, too, just where you'd expect them,
at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads
