upgrade 2002 to 2007

Can a individual user upgrade from 2002 to 2007? The upgrade software I found
on MS' site has some office products with it which I already have. I have not
seen an upgrade product with just MS Project 2007. Thanks.

This page indicates that the Project 2007 upgrade versions (for both
standard and pro) can use Project 2002 as a qualifying project. You can find
the upgrade version pricing at the same page.
