Upgrade 2007 from upgraded 2003?

We have an end-user client that upgraded form a mishmash of Office products
to Office 2003 some years ago. They now wish to upgrade to 2007. If they
used the 03 Upgrade product before, are they allowed to use the 07 Upgrade
product on top of that? Thanks.

Yes, but they will need to keep the disks for the original qualifying
product(s).
