upgrade active x shuts off internet banking, why?

update office outlook, active x shuts of internet banking. Is this normal?

Hi;

Without knowing what ActiveX control you installed, my first guess is that
it has nothing to do with your internet banking problem. If you are using a
Beta version of IE 7.x, then that would certainly cause internet banking
problems. Just a guess.
