Upgrade/change license from Office 2008 Homeand Student Edition to Office 2008 Standard Edition

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: intel

The product is great for what I have been using personally at home on my new Mac for a while now. Somehow wondering if I want to move my Mac to my workplace for my day-to-day work, do I need to change my license to a standard one (rather than the current 2008 Home Edition). If so, how do I upgrade it?
