Upgrade Compatibility

I have the full liscense version of Office 2007 home and student installed on
my laptop with Vista home premium and (long story short) to add publisher and
outlook as well. I'm worried about compatibility with OneNote. Should I just
purchase the upgrade to Office 2007 Pro or download the stand alone version
of each program? How would I install the trial version?

Functionally, the home and student version of OneNote is identical to
the standalone/ultimate version (not 100% sure it's the same for other
apps, but I'd be extremely surprised if it wasn't). You shouldn't have
any compatibility problems whatsoever due to mixing different packages.

To further amplify what Ilya said, I use Office 2007 Home and Student on my
home computer. I bought Outlook 2007 separately and it installed and works
exactly like the Ultimate edition of office (which has OneNote and Outlook).

The only difference there is that I've seen is Word, Excel and OneNote all
say "non-commercial use" in the frame.
