upgrade eligiblity

[Visio Upgrade from 2000]

Hi, I currently have a Visio 2000 (6.0.1245) and want to upgrade or purchase a new Visio 2003.

I am wondering how I can find out whether the current 2000 version I have is eligible for upgrade or not?

I will be using visio mainly for UI design work and website conceptual navigation, let me know what you would suggest on standard version or professional version.
