upgrade for Office Prof 02 to 03?

I have MS Office professional 2002 installed since it came out. Is there an
upgrade available to the same in 03? I cannot afford 07 at this time.

If you mean a FREE upgrade, then NO. The suggested retail price of the
Office 2003 Professional upgrade package is US$329, which is the same as
the suggested retail price of the Office 2007 Professional upgrade
package. So in monetary terms, you can afford either, or you cannot
afford either.
