Upgrade from 2002 to 2003 Errors

I migrated Project 2002 to 2003 (in our test environment). Now when I
publish a project, the spooler shows 0x 80004005 error. My event viewer
logs say I have ADODB.Recordset errors. Is this an MDAC version level
problem, or is there something else I'm missing??

I have the similar problem everytime I publish my project plans. My
project server is a brand new 2003. I have latest MDAC.
Any help is appreciated!
