Upgrade from 2004 to 2008

I took Microsoft up on the offer to buy Office 2004 in January and get a free upgrade to 2008 when it shipped. I sent in the upgrade form and the boxtops and whatever else they wanted back on Feb 5. We're almost at 3 months later and still no upgrade. Any advice?

Have you rung up Microsoft - you know, that toll free number, that is
completely free of charge, instead of asking on a forum with people who have
no connection to the give away programme?
