upgrade from Acc 97 to Acc 2000

We had like 15 Acc 97 applications that we wished to
upgrade to Acc 2002. We wanted to know what are the issues
that we need to consider and how problematic can these
situations.

Also our db's are essentially split in to 2 the front end
(forms,reports and other logic)and the back end(tables).

Any experience or advise would be appreciated.
