Upgrade from Express

I just assisted someone with an upgrade from Outlook Express to Outlook 2002
(SP3). The advice provided in the referenced MS Knowledgebase article was
followed and all 'seemed' to go without a hitch. On closer inspection,
however, I noticed that:
a) not all folders were imported. In Outlook Express there were a fair
number of nested personal folders (for example, the user had created a folder
called 'State' and under that folder had a subfolder called 'Joe'.
b) the number of imported emails did not always match (when comparing emails
in folders).

Are there any suggestions with how I might go about dealing with this (e.g.,
delete all that was imported and try, try again)?

Thank you in advance, Scott

Yes, delete everything but instead of importing in Outlook use export from
within OE.

Also note that this isn't an upgrade but a migration.
