Upgrade from Home/Student to full version?

I just installed Office Home & Student Addition before realizing the I need exchange support. Will buying the upgrade DVD work? Without exchange I can't get into my account.

No, you should contact MSFT and ask for a refund. I wouldn't bet on this
being a quick process.

Microsoft will honor returns through the retailer where you purchased the
product or by contacting Microsoft directly:
