Upgrade from OEM Microsoft Works Suite 2000 to Office 2007

I do have a Dell notebook which came with OEM Microsoft Works Suite 2000.
Q: Can I upgrade this to Office 2007 Prof?
Q: If yes, does it then become a retail license AND can I move it to another
computer?

You can use MS Office Works Suite 2000 as a qualifying product for an upgrade to MS Office 2007 Professional edition

The upgrade won't change the license rules or qualifying product for MS Works Suite, but your Office 2007 product will be a retail
one that supports installation on two computers and can be moved.
